Training and activity scheduling

Description: After making a body composition study, an assessment of your state of health and defining objectives, an activity, exercise, or diet plan will be drawn up. It can be daily, weekly or monthly.

Description: Post study, assessment and definition of objectives, a personalised programme of physical activities will be carried out under the guidance of a professional with extensive academic training so as to achieve the desired results efficiently and without injuries.

Functional performance training

Description: This is a type of training focussed on enhancing sporting performance. Physical aspects of the sportsperson will be analysed (muscle chains, ligaments, tendons, joints), strength test, pivots, etc. and their relation with the spot itself. After analysing all the variables involved in the sport or daily movements, a plan will be drawn up to improve the areas of greatest deficit.
